The role requires technical skill, dedication to quality, and the ability to meet production goals while maintaining safety and documentation. You will work Monday-Thursday 6:00 PM–6:00 AM on an alternating week, operate automated features, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Press Operator (sheetfed experience required).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work overnight hours and maintain consistent attendance.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Analytical and independent worker.

• Operate a Komori GL 840P Advance LED UV 8-color press with advanced automation features.
• Operate and maintain the press to meet production goals.
