Job summary

TP Mechanical Contractors in Cincinnati, OH seeks a seasoned Superintendent for sheet metal/HVAC field operations. You'll coordinate, install, and repair duct systems, read blueprints, supervise crews, and ensure safety and quality on challenging projects.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of commercial sheet metal/HVAC experience, reads blueprints, can fabricate offsets, and will mentor junior workers while maintaining schedules and budgets on site.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Journeyman license a plus.
• Willing to obtain additional licenses and/or certifications.
• Field experience in sheet metal/HVAC operations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, install and/or repair sheet metal and/or duct systems.
• Assist with assembly and installation of HVAC equipment.
• Perform field fabrication of sheet metal and/or duct systems.
• Read blueprints and interpret specifications.
• Inspect work to ensure conformance to contract and specs.
• Attend jobsite and project meetings as required.
• Lead and mentor junior staff to improve skills and safety.
• Maintain equipment and ensure timely maintenance on site.
• Manage materials to meet project schedules and budgets.
