The candidate will manage manpower, materials, and scheduling, supervise field crews, and ensure compliance with plans and specifications while maintaining productivity and quality at the job

Qualifications

• 5–8 years commercial sheet metal or HVAC field experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and coordinate with sub-contractors.
• OSHA 30 certification and valid driver''s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site manpower, materials and scheduling; point of contact for customer/GC/owner.
• Ensure safety is the top priority; conduct pre-safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Review plans/specs, identify pre-fab opportunities, plan material takeoffs and crew size.
• Direct coordination issues; review drawings with CAD designer and FAB shop; attend coordination meetings.
• Schedule work to minimize downtime and ensure crew productivity; prep and return tools/equipment.
