TP Mechanical Contractors in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Sheet Metal Project Superintendent to lead on-site HVAC and plumbing projects around Ohio. The role requires reading blueprints, coordinating with subcontractors, and delivering multi-million dollar jobs with strong safety and scheduling discipline.

The candidate will manage manpower, materials, and scheduling, supervise field crews, and ensure compliance with plans and specifications while maintaining productivity and quality at the job

Qualifications

5–8 years commercial sheet metal or HVAC field experience.
Ability to read blueprints and coordinate with sub-contractors.
OSHA 30 certification and valid driver''s license required.

Responsibilities

Oversee on-site manpower, materials and scheduling; point of contact for customer/GC/owner.
Ensure safety is the top priority; conduct pre-safety meetings and toolbox talks.
Review plans/specs, identify pre-fab opportunities, plan material takeoffs and crew size.
Direct coordination issues; review drawings with CAD designer and FAB shop; attend coordination meetings.
Schedule work to minimize downtime and ensure crew productivity; prep and return tools/equipment.
