Qualifications
- Extensive experience in sheet metal fabrication and assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency operating advanced sheet metal tools and CNC machinery.
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and safety practices in fabrication.
Responsibilities
- Lead fabrication, assembly, and installation of sheet metal parts using hand and power tools.
- Interpret blueprints and specifications to cut, bend, and fit sheet metal to tolerance.
- Perform and oversee quality inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
- Maintain and operate sheet metal equipment safely, with troubleshooting as needed.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve fabrication issues and improve processes.
- Mentor junior sheet metal workers to maintain high workmanship.
