Qualifications

• Proven experience as a machinist with CNC and manual tooling expertise.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and precision measurement techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Familiarity with machine maintenance and safety standards in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC and manual machine tools to produce precision parts according to drawings and specifications.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy using precision measuring instruments.
• Maintain machine tools and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards in the machining process.
