Job summary

ERCOT seeks a Senior SharePoint Architect/Developer to lead the architecture, design, and governance of enterprise collaboration platforms, with a focus on SharePoint Online, Project Server/Online, Power Platform, and related Microsoft 365 services.

The role partners with Cybersecurity, Compliance, Infrastructure, and Identity teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions for the regulated energy environment.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years in collaboration platform architecture, development, or related Microsoft 365 roles.
• Senior-level SharePoint Online architecture, admin, and governance experience.
• Experience with Project Server/Project Online, migrations, and reporting.
• Experience building Power Apps/Power Automate solutions for business processes.
• Strong Power Platform governance, lifecycle management, and security practices.
• Proficiency with Teams, OneDrive, and enterprise collaboration governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, configuration, and governance of SharePoint Online and Project Server environments.
• Develop SPFx web parts and modern Microsoft 365 customizations with SDLC discipline.
• Govern Power Platform environments, data policies, and deployment patterns.
• Architect and implement secure, scalable collaboration solutions for enterprise needs.
• Provide senior technical guidance and act as escalation point for complex issues.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Compliance, and Identity teams on governance and risk.
