Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a SharePoint Online Migration Specialist/Techno-Functional SME to execute migrations including Canvas LMS to SharePoint. The role requires hands-on migration work, strong governance knowledge, and experience presenting to leadership.

You will support adoption and training while working remotely in an EST-friendly schedule. The position is 100% remote with a 37.5-hour work week and potential extension, based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience migrating data to SharePoint Online, not just planning.
• Experience with Canvas LMS migrations to SharePoint is highly preferred.
• Hybrid/remote work capability with strong communication skills.
• Experience presenting to leadership and translating business needs to technical specs.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 governance and compliance for SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Migrate data to SharePoint Online from Canvas LMS and other LMS platforms.
• Execute end-to-end SharePoint migrations with hands-on configuration.
• Administer SharePoint Online, governance, and permissions.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate to technical specs.
• Develop migration documentation, standards, and procedures.
• Drive user adoption and deliver training across the organization.
