Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a SharePoint Migration Specialist/Techno-Functional SME to lead hands-on data migrations into SharePoint Online. The role requires extensive experience with ShareGate, M365 integration, governance, and training across leadership levels.

Remote work is offered with EST timezone alignment. The ideal candidate communicates exceptionally well, collaborates with stakeholders, and delivers technical specifications and training for end users and administrators.

Qualifications

8+ years direct hands-on experience executing SharePoint data migrations.
8+ years SharePoint Online administration and configuration.
5+ years migrating content from shared drives or SaaS to SharePoint Online.
5+ years using ShareGate for SharePoint migrations.
5+ years with Microsoft 365/Modern Workplace tools integrated with SharePoint Online.
6+ years techno-functional SME experience blending technical and business analysis.
6+ years in an SME role presenting to leaders from end users to executives.
6+ years gathering and translating business requirements into SharePoint specs.
5+ years developing SharePoint solution documentation.
3+ years governance and compliance for SharePoint in enterprise environments.
3+ years driving user adoption and leading change initiatives.
5+ years training non-technical users on SharePoint (in-person/online).
Canvas LMS to SharePoint migrations experience highly desired.
LMS to SharePoint migrations experience desired.
Public sector governance familiarity for SharePoint.
Education-sector IT environments knowledge (K-12/Higher Ed).
FERPA data privacy/compliance familiarity.
Exceptional communication skills are essential.
