Job summary

Torrey Holistics in the United States seeks a SharePoint Online Migration Specialist to execute data migrations and serve as a techno-functional SME, blending technical and business analysis skills.

The role requires hands-on experience with ShareGate, Microsoft 365 integration (Teams, OneDrive), and the ability to translate stakeholder requirements. It is remote (EST hours), with a 37.5-hour work week and after-hours availability for migrations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, expert-level SharePoint Online migration experience.
• Experience migrating content from network drives or SaaS into SharePoint Online.
• Experience with ShareGate for migrations.
• Strong MS 365 tools integration with SharePoint (Teams, OneDrive).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute direct SharePoint data migrations with minimal oversight.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint solution documentation.
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Lead change management and user adoption activities.
• Deliver training to end users (in-person or online).
