Insight Global is seeking an experienced SharePoint Online Consultant to lead a data migration from Egnyte to Microsoft SharePoint Online, serving as the technical lead and coordinating with IT and business stakeholders to discover, map, and execute a secure transfer while preserving data integrity.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience architecting, configuring, and managing SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
- Experience migrating from Egnyte to SharePoint Online (2+ large-scale migrations).
- Proficient with migration tools (ShareGate, Mover.io, Migration Manager).
- Strong PowerShell scripting, especially PnP.
- Knowledge of Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID, permissions and security roles.
- Deep information architecture knowledge: taxonomy, metadata, retention, document management.
- Experience gathering requirements with business teams.
- Microsoft certifications such as M365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to document complex data structures.
- Experience in structured project management with heavy business collaboration.
