Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a SharePoint Online Migration Specialist / Techno-Functional SME for a six-month remote assignment. The role requires hands-on migration experience and the ability to work in EST hours with a 37.5 hour week.

You will lead data migrations from various sources into SharePoint Online, collaborate with leadership, document specifications, and drive governance and training aspects across the project.

Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on experience executing SharePoint data migrations.
• Expert-level SharePoint Online administration and configuration.
• Experience migrating content from shared drives and/or third-party SaaS into SharePoint Online.
• Direct hands-on experience with ShareGate for SharePoint data migrations.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace tools as they integrate with SharePoint Online (Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Demonstrated techno-functional experience — hybrid technical SME and business analyst.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into technical SharePoint specs.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 governance and compliance standards as applied to SharePoint.
• Exceptional communication skills are required.
