Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a SharePoint Online Migration Specialist / Techno-Functional SME to execute complex data migrations, focusing on Canvas LMS and other sources into SharePoint Online. This 100% remote role follows EST-friendly hours and a 37.5-hour work week, with flexibility for planned maintenance outside normal hours.

You will gather requirements, develop migration specifications, and provide governance, training, and adoption support across leadership and end users.

Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on experience executing SharePoint data migrations.
• Hands-on SharePoint Online administration and configuration.
• Experience migrating content from shared drives or SaaS into SharePoint Online.
• Experience with ShareGate for SharePoint data migrations.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Demonstrated techno-functional SME experience and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SharePoint data migrations from sources to SharePoint Online.
• Develop migration specifications, standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate business requirements into technical SharePoint specs.
• Drive user adoption and governance for Modern Workplace tools.
• Design and deliver training for end users on SharePoint and Teams.
