Job summary

CLA is hiring a Lead Modern Workplace SharePoint Engineer to lead architecture and governance of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services across the enterprise. This role partners with Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Infrastructure to deliver scalable collaboration platforms.

The position emphasizes leadership, problem solving, and delivering secure, efficient content management and automation using Power Platform and Copilot.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience considered.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 implementations and migrations preferred.
• Strong governance, information architecture, and content management strategies required.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and optimization of SharePoint Online enterprise-wide.
• Serve as primary tech authority for SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams integrations.
• Develop governance frameworks, site provisioning standards, and metadata strategies.
