Job summary

Rollins, Inc. in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior SharePoint Engineer to design, build, and optimize SharePoint Online and related Microsoft 365 collaboration services.

You will partner with IT, Security, Compliance, and business teams to deliver scalable collaboration solutions, governance, and AI-enabled productivity across the enterprise. The role emphasizes site architecture, security posture, automation, and ongoing improvements, with hybrid work arrangements once onboarded.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in senior SharePoint administration and engineering.
• Extensive experience building, configuring, and maintaining SharePoint Online environments.
• Experience designing information architecture, metadata, and governance frameworks.
• Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD) and Purview compliance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online sites and hubs.
• Implement scalable site architectures and governance standards.
• Provide Tier 3 SharePoint support and technical leadership.
• Assist with migrations, modernization, and lifecycle management.
• Develop automation using PowerShell and related tools.
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and Identity teams.
