Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior SharePoint System Administrator to support a large enterprise IT contract for the DoD. The role includes deploying, operating, and maintaining SharePoint services, including load balancing, PKI authentication, and permissions management across multiple enclaves with remote administration for data centers.

The position requires strong technical and customer-oriented skills, experience with SharePoint 2013/2016/2019/SE/Online, and familiarity with M365/O365 cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience; Master's with 6 years; Associate's with 10 years; or High School Diploma with 12 years.
• Experience with SharePoint 2013/2016/2019/SE and SharePoint Online.
• Experience configuring, installing, and securing SharePoint systems.
• Experience with SQL clusters in support of SharePoint farms.
• Experience with PKI authentication and claims-based authentication.
• Experience with ITSM ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Interact with site/collection owners to handle service inquiries and problems.
• Provide implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Differentiate user problems from enterprise-wide issues quickly.
• Develop and update SOPs and knowledge articles.
• Oversee SharePoint projects including upgrades and expansions.
• Coordinate with ICAM technologies for integration.
• Assist users with migrations to SharePoint 2019, SE or Online.
• Manage permissions for site collections and related items.
• Manage access to O365/M365 apps like Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
• Conduct data searches and purges for cyber security and compliance needs.
• Maintain asset library, risk database, and calendar for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with customers to collect data and implement solutions for tickets.
• Provide follow-up reports including AARs for RCA and process improvement.
• Support 24/7/365 operations with after-hours response.
