Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior SharePoint System Administrator to support a large enterprise IT contract for the DoD. The SharePoint Administrator will deploy, operate, and maintain SharePoint services across multiple enclaves with remote administration for server farms located in centralized data centers.

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years relevant experience.
• Master's degree with 6 years experience.
• Associate's degree with 10 years.
• High School Diploma with 12 years.
• Meets DoD 8140.03 IT System Admin Intermediate certification requirements; beneficial certifications related to SharePoint/M365.

Responsibilities

• Interact with site/collection owners to handle service inquiries and problems.
• Provide implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Rapidly distinguish isolated user problems from enterprise-wide issues.
• Develop solutions for complex problems and update SOPs to reflect changes.
• Oversee SharePoint projects including upgrades and expansions of capabilities.
• Identify methods for integration with ICAM technologies.
• Assist migrations to SharePoint 2019, SE, or SharePoint Online.
• Manage permissions for site collections and related resources.
• Control access to O365/M365 apps such as Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online.
• Conduct data purges for cyber security, legal, FOIA, and compliance needs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to collect data and implement incident solutions.
• Provide post-change reports and root-cause analyses.
