Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a SharePoint & PowerApps Developer to join our team onsite in Arlington, VA.

You will collaborate with customers and management to design and develop SharePoint sites within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, focusing on SharePoint, Power Platform, and Teams. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of related experience, at least two of SharePoint/Power Apps/Power Automate/365 digitization, and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/SE/BIT or related field or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience must include at least two of: SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, or 365 digitization.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical users.
• Ability to write clear, concise, usable technical documentation.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Able to report to Arlington, VA, up to full-time based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop clean, intuitive SharePoint sites with customers and management.
• Build and maintain Power Apps and SharePoint Online applications.
• Create and manage workflows with Power Automate.
• Create and maintain SharePoint lists, libraries, and team sites including metadata and views.
• Configure and manage SharePoint security groups, user access, and permissions.
• Transition legacy data and processes to modern SharePoint-based solutions.
• Maintain databases and provide regular data reports and usage metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver user-centered solutions.
• Adhere to UI/UX best practices for layout, accessibility, and performance.
• Document systems, workflows, procedures, and access protocols thoroughly.
• Support ongoing site/tool maintenance and troubleshoot user issues.
