Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems seeks a Senior SharePoint Administrator to design, build, and operationalize enterprise collaboration platforms. You will balance hands-on architecture with people leadership while aligning solutions to CJIS, COV, and FBI security policies across business units.

The role emphasizes governance, secure development standards, and cloud-based collaboration tools, with oversight of a team of developers and administrators to ensure scalable, maintainable SharePoint ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT infrastructure and platform engineering experience focused on enterprise SharePoint Administration (Online and Server 2016/2019).
• Experience supervising and leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers.
• Strong understanding of identity integration and governance, plus data loss prevention (DLP).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SharePoint solutions aligned with security and CJIS/COV policies.
• Architect intranet portals, document repositories, and automated business processes using Power Platform.
• Lead and mentor junior admins and developers; drive governance and secure deployment practices.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security across SharePoint environments.
