Job summary

InterAgency Inc. seeks a SharePoint Administrator to design, deploy, and steward the program's SharePoint environment for a multi-year utility program. You will structure sites, libraries, metadata, and permissions, ensuring governance and secure access across staff, consultants, and partners.

You will collaborate with IT managers, program management, and engineering to implement information architecture, migrate content, and continuously improve the environment as the program evolves.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of document control/records management experience with SharePoint Online administration.
• Experience configuring libraries, permissions, metadata, and versioning in SharePoint Online/Microsoft 365.
• Strong ability to enforce naming conventions, folder structures, and version control.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps including Teams, OneDrive, Excel, and Outlook.
• Clear written communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess current document storage, workflows, and pain points; design target SharePoint structure.
• Design and implement site architecture, libraries, metadata, content types, and versioning.
• Develop and maintain the program’s document management plan and governance procedures.
• Create role-based permissions and coordinate tenant-level settings with IT.
• Plan and execute migration of content; implement retention labels and Power Automate workflows.
• Monitor and audit the SharePoint environment for ongoing improvements.
