Job summary

GoIntellects Inc. is seeking a SharePoint Admin IT Consultant for a DC Government project in Washington, DC. This on-site role requires strong governance, site management, and user training capabilities.

You will design and implement SharePoint site collections, manage permissions, create custom forms, workflows, and inventories, and coordinate cross-functional IT activities. A solid background in .NET, PowerShell, HTML, and JavaScript is needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of computing systems experience with diverse tech.
• Knowledge of SharePoint 2010/2013 and related technologies.
• Experience with Metalogix Content Matrix and Control Point is a plus.
• Strong documentation, change management and problem management skills.
• Proficiency in .Net, PowerShell, HTML, XML, C#, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery.
• Able to lead people and cross-functional teams, including non-IT.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Some local travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage SharePoint site collections for the client.
• Gather requirements, inventories, and business process flows.
• Develop and maintain custom site designs with SharePoint Designer and InfoPath.
• Create site libraries, lists, forms, web parts, and workflows.
• Manage permissions, enterprise content, security, and governance.
• Demonstrate and train users on SharePoint features and resources.
• Coordinate IT project management, QA, and risk management.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities.
• Develop technical apps to support users.
• Enforce standards for design, development, installation and docs.
• Provide training for system products and procedures.
• Perform application upgrades and maintenance.
• Monitor real-time databases, networks, and data communications.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure lifecycle compliance.
