The role will align SharePoint capabilities with agency goals, delivering efficient business processes and enhanced user experiences. The contractor will work with cross-functional teams to automate processes, ensure secure systems, and advance the SharePoint tenant as new features are released.

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of experience with SharePoint Online and Entra ID.
• 7+ years with SPFx in Microsoft 365 environments.
• 7+ years in frontend design, UI/UX understanding.
• 7+ years implementing SharePoint roadmap changes and runbooks.
• Power Automate configurations and workflow development.

Responsibilities

• Design, administer, and maintain SharePoint sites, subsites, and links.
• Manage Entra ID security groups, permissions, and advanced settings.
• Audit site permissions and improve department functionality.
• Collaborate with site owners to enhance SharePoint Online sites.
• Develop workflows, automation, and site layouts.
• Provide end-user support and training on SharePoint features.
• Create detailed documentation of SharePoint services and config.
• Stay current with Microsoft roadmap and deprecations.
