Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
• Proven leadership of a technical marketing/ops team.
• Experience with data-driven email marketing and journeys.
• Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, GDPR and email compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead SFMC strategy and manage a team of three professionals.
• Translate technical possibilities into scalable marketing solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Drive personalization, journeys, and increased engagement across channels.
• Mentor and develop team; manage priorities and deadlines.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and data governance across campaigns.
