Accendra Health is seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Engineer to design, architect, and implement scalable marketing automation solutions that drive personalized customer engagement. You will partner with business, product, and technical teams to translate requirements into robust SFMC configurations.

The role focuses on delivery while spanning the full project lifecycle, including governance, testing, and Enablement.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience in a technical/solution engineering role.
• Proficiency with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder.
• Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with external systems and CRM.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience with AMPscript, SQL, REST/SOAP APIs and cloud data models.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end Marketing Cloud architectures including data models and automation workflows.
• Configure and deploy SFMC components such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, and CloudPages.
• Design and optimize data extensions, contact models, and API integrations.
• Develop custom solutions using AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, HTML/CSS and APIs.
• Collaborate with marketing and business teams to gather requirements.
• Perform solution testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality deployments.
• Provide enablement and documentation for internal teams.
• Partner with Salesforce CRM/CDP and external systems for data flow.
• Monitor campaign performance, deliverability, and platform health.
