Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Engineer to join our team. You will design, architect, and implement scalable marketing automation solutions that translate business requirements into robust SFMC configurations.

This role partners with business, product, and technical teams to maximize Salesforce ecosystem value. The anticipated salary range is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, with compensation varying by experience, skills, and location.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
• Proficiency with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder.
• AMPscript, SQL, REST/SOAP APIs experience.
• Relational data models, segmentation, and best practices.
• Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Sales/Service Cloud.
• Strong communication and ability to translate business requirements.
• Mentoring and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end SFMC architectures including data models and automations.
• Configure and deploy SFMC components and cross-cloud integrations.
• Design data extensions, API integrations, and personalization workflows.
• Develop solutions using AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, HTML/CSS, APIs.
• Collaborate with marketing and business teams to gather requirements.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and ensure high-quality deployments.
• Provide training and documentation for internal teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data flow and UX.
