Expedia Group in Seattle is seeking a Production Senior Specialist to own CRM production end-to-end in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, shaping AI-assisted development and agentforce integration. You will design, build, test, and optimize campaigns with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPscript and SSJS, collaborate across Marketing, Data, and Solution teams, and mentor teammates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
• Experience with Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Proficiency in AMPscript and SSJS, and SQL for segmentation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with API integrations and high-volume production campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end CRM campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Build scalable solutions using AMPscript, SQL, and APIs.
• Own full lifecycle delivery from requirements to post-launch monitoring.
• Implement complex journey logic, deduplication, and personalization.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
