Job summary

The Parker Hannifin Corporation's Hydraulic & Aerospace Filtration Division in Greensboro, NC, seeks a Setup Operator to independently set up and run manufacturing equipment. You will inspect and follow blueprints and instructions, ensuring timely production and adherence to quality systems.

Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years in manufacturing, strong math and English communication, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in manufacturing.
• Must read, write & understand English for safety and quality.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specs.

Responsibilities

• Independently set up and operate manufacturing equipment.
• Read blueprints and follow instructions precisely.
• Produce product on schedule while following quality systems.
• Troubleshoot problems and resolve issues as they arise.
• Maintain safety and quality in the work area.
