Job summary

Parker Hannifin’s Hydraulic & Aerospace Filtration Division (HAFD) in Greensboro, NC is seeking an experienced Setup Operator to independently set up and operate various manufacturing equipment. You will read blueprints, follow instructions, and ensure products are produced in a timely manner while adhering to Quality system requirements.

The role requires strong math, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; OT may be needed, with 1st shift hours 3:00pm–11:30pm and a $2.00/hr shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience.
• Must read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Independently set up and operate manufacturing equipment.
• Read blueprints and follow instructions.
• Produce products on time while complying with Quality systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain safe work environment.
• Work overtime including weekends when required.
