Parker Hannifin’s Hydraulic & Aerospace Filtration Division (HAFD) in Greensboro, NC is seeking an experienced Setup Operator to independently set up and operate various manufacturing equipment. You will read blueprints, follow instructions, and ensure products are produced in a timely manner while adhering to Quality system requirements.
The role requires strong math, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; OT may be needed, with 1st shift hours 3:00pm–11:30pm and a $2.00/hr shift differential.

The HAF Division, located in Greensboro, North Carolina, is seeking an experienced Setup Operator to independently set up and operate various manufacturing equipment. Investigate quality problems and conflicts in routing, inspection instructions and blueprints.
This position is subject to meeting U.S. export compliance and/or U.S. Government contracting citizenship eligibility requirements.
Standard 1st shift hours: Monday - Friday, 3:00pm – 11:30pm
Shift Differential: $2.00/hr
