Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions is seeking a Senior Settlement Associate in New York to manage and optimize DTC settlement processes, ensuring timely and accurate daily operations. You will handle DVP/RVP differences, SPO processing, and end-of-day tasks with a focus on quality and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in DTC settlements, a Bachelor's degree, and a proactive mindset for process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of DTC Settlements experience.
• Bachelor's degree/equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Daily responsibilities include RAD Management, DK’s and Free receives.
• Resolve DVP/RVP differences and SPO processing.
• End-of-day Balancing and Funding, Buy-in processing, and Fails reporting.
• ETF Settlement Processing including DWAC for Buybacks and Conversions.
• Obligation Warehouse activities and Stock & Cash breaks reconciliation.
