Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in settlements operations, DTC settlement knowledge, and strong communication skills to collaborate with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in settlements operations.
• Experience reviewing and/or approving operational work in a settlements environment.
• Prior supervisory/senior/lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outsourced operational support for DTC Settlements and Vault Operations.
• Review and approve settlement-related activity for accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct quality reviews and give feedback to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain SOPs to support training and issue management.
• Identify inefficiencies and support process improvements and automation.
