Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of settlement experience required.
• Hands-on DTCC settlement, Refinitiv BETA, and FIS P3 experience.
• Familiarity with 144 Legend Removal (SEC non‑registered securities).
• Strong accuracy and deadline-driven focus.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently or in a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Certify receipts for DTCC deposits and related depositories.
• Process mutual fund trades, corrections, cancellations, rebills, transfers.
• Handle incoming/outgoing physical certificates and vault control.
• Cross-train across departmental functions.
• Contact brokers to resolve settlement problems.
• Perform other tasks as required.
