Kaas Settlement Consulting is a boutique, high-volume structured settlement and financial planning firm creating solutions for injured individuals and families.

We are seeking a Settlement Case Manager to own cases from intake to policy issuance, serving as the main client contact while coordinating with attorneys, financial advisors, trust professionals, and our internal team to keep deadlines and documents on track.

Formación

• 3+ years in financial services, wealth management, insurance, legal services, or a high-touch professional environment.
• Experience with high-stakes client work and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Own cases from intake through completion, including documentation, follow-up, correspondence, and policy issuance.
• Serve as a responsive, reassuring point of contact for clients and families.
• Coordinate closely with attorneys, advisors, trust professionals, and other partners.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, settlement documents, policies, and related correspondence.
• Maintain accurate case files and deadlines in Salesforce, Asana, and shared systems.
• Anticipate issues, prioritize independently, and keep multiple time-sensitive cases moving.
