Job summary

Kroll’s North American Investigations, Diligence and Compliance practice seeks a Senior Manager based in the United States to lead investigations and consulting cases, manage client relationships, proposals and projects, and ensure high quality, timely completion and follow‑up.

A key element is developing new business and new clients, while coordinating with teams across Kroll’s offices to deliver results across diverse industry sectors under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and CPA (US) are required.
• U.S. citizenship and authorization to work in the U.S. are required.
• Minimum 8 years’ investigative experience with a professional/financial services or investigative firm.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage investigations and consulting cases, including client relationships, proposals, consulting and project management.
• Oversee quality of Associates and Managers, ensuring high standards on research and analysis.
• Lead information gathering and investigative interviews with stakeholders; conduct and document testing of internal controls.
• Write structured, client-focused reports and present findings to clients.
• Generate new business ideas and support strategic initiatives to increase revenue.
