Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Customer Success Manager to guide mid-market customers through their QuickBooks journey, driving value and adoption of financial solutions. You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, advocate for customers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ongoing success and renewal.

You will own strategic plans, monitor health metrics, and identify opportunities to expand usage across Intuit QuickBooks Services and related offerings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer success role with at least 2 years managing a dedicated book of business in the mid-market space.
• Business savvy with consultative, problem solving, and issue resolution skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to manage escalations.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships via a dedicated book of business model for overall success.
• Build relationships with key decision makers across multiple customer teams.
• Engage customers in strategy conversations to maximize value from Intuit QuickBooks Services.
• Help customers adopt Intuit QuickBooks Services and other Financial/Workforce Management Solutions.
• Define success plans and collaborate on roadmaps; monitor health and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Support to deliver a connected customer experience.
• Promote growth by identifying opportunities to deepen product usage and retention.
