Job summary

Phenom Cloud in Irving, TX is seeking an Account Executive to drive revenue growth by building strong relationships with enterprise clients and acting as a trusted advisor. You will understand client challenges and position our cloud, ERP, and digital transformation services to deliver tailored solutions.

You will collaborate with pre-sales engineers and delivery teams, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and maintain accurate forecasts in HubSpot.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field.
• 3+ years proven AE/BD experience in tech services or SaaS.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with target markets and industries.
• Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients as trusted advisor.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand objectives and craft tailored solutions.
• Manage sales cycle from lead to closing, consistently meeting targets.
• Deliver persuasive proposals and product demos (in-person or virtual).
• Forecast opportunities and maintain records in HubSpot; report on pipeline.
• Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and delivery teams for onboarding and projects.
• Negotiate favorable contract terms aligned with company policies.
