Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required and six months of experience in food preparation or serving environments.
• Able to read recipes and follow safety rules to ensure quality and safety.
• Experience supervising kitchen staff and coordinating cooking schedules.
• Familiar with operating mixers, ovens, steamers, slicers and other kitchen equipment.
• Knowledge of food storage, sanitation, and inventory practices.
