Job summary
Cognizant is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM Solution Architecture Manager in the Atlanta area to lead design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise ServiceNow SPM solutions that align portfolio strategy with business outcomes.
You will partner with business leaders, Agile teams, architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, drive governance, and support digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Active ServiceNow CSA certification is required.
- Active ServiceNow CAD certification is required.
- Active CIS-SPM certification is required.
- 8+ years of ServiceNow architecture, implementation, and design experience.
- Hands-on expertise implementing ServiceNow SPM and ITSM.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with Azure DevOps or similar Agile platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow SPM across enterprise environments.
- Define scalable ServiceNow architecture, workflows, data models, integrations, and standards.
- Design and implement enterprise Agile operating models (portfolio intake, demand, project execution, Sprint, Kanban).
- Architect integrations between ServiceNow SPM, ITSM, and Azure DevOps.
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and roadmaps.
- Lead enterprise workflow automation, CMDB governance, and platform modernization.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to teams.
- Drive governance, performance, releases, and continuous improvement.
