Job summary

Tier4 Group seeks a Principal / Senior ServiceNow Engineer with deep SPM experience to drive enterprise implementations and platform scalability. This remote/hybrid US role focuses on SPM, CMDB maturity, and broader platform governance.

You will lead design, configuration, and delivery, mentor engineers, and partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust ServiceNow architectures.

Qualifications

• Senior-level ServiceNow engineering experience in enterprise environments (7+ years).
• Experience implementing ServiceNow SPM solutions.
• Led at least one greenfield or net-new ServiceNow implementation from planning to go-live.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration, development, and integrations.
• Able to lead technical design discussions and influence platform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and expansion of ServiceNow SPM (Collaboration Workspace and PM/Portfolio).
• Design, configure, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Perform hands-on development using Flow Designer, scripting, integrations.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected ServiceNow designs.
• Mentor other ServiceNow engineers and contribute to governance and standards.
