Job summary

Accenture Federal Services in Washington state seeks a Senior ServiceNow Developer to provide high-level architectural expertise and lead enterprise ServiceNow initiatives. You will craft architectural products and advise on infrastructure and data strategies to support the roadmap.

Required: 4+ years in ServiceNow development/administration and CSA or Security+ certification. TS/SCI clearance is mandatory. Bonus: ITSM or custom application development experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience with ServiceNow development or administration.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Security+ certification.

Responsibilities

• Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems
• Develops architectural products and deliverables for the enterprise and operational business lines
• Develops strategy of system and the design infrastructure necessary to support that strategy
• Advises on selection of technological purchases with regards to processing, data storage, data access, and applications development
• Sets standards for the client/server relational database structure for the organization (SQL, ORACLE, SYBASE, etc.)
• Advises of feasibility of potential future projects to management
