Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Technical Architect in the ServiceNow Business Group to lead enterprise-level ServiceNow initiatives. You will architect solutions, guide development efforts, and provide advisory support to executives.

The role emphasizes governance, program management, and deep technical expertise across ServiceNow platforms. The position offers exposure to Fortune 500 clients, ongoing professional training, and opportunities to shape our service offerings and implementation

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow in Development & Technical Architecture.
• 8+ years IT transformation & strategy planning, preferably in a high-tech consulting environment.
• 4+ years leading teams of ServiceNow Developers as a technical manager.
• 4+ years implementing & enforcing standards (code reviews & architectural reviews).
• 6+ years' experience with JavaScript and SQL.
• 6+ years' experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, Wagile).
• Three ServiceNow certifications: System Admin, Application Developer and ITSM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
• Lead teams of ServiceNow Developers in a technical management and mentorship capacity.
• Influence sponsors/stakeholders with options, pros/cons and risks to solve governance or technical problems.
• Access to robust training and certification opportunities as a ServiceNow Group member.
