Job summary

INSPYR Solutions seeks a Software Asset Management Specialist to manage the end-to-end SAM lifecycle across the enterprise, leveraging ServiceNow SAM Pro to track licenses, entitlements, and optimize usage.

The role requires 5+ years in enterprise SAM, on-site in Woodlawn, MD, and ability to obtain public trust clearance; US citizenship or work authorization is required. You will support audits, licensing reconciliations, and policy enforcement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Enterprise-Wide Software Asset Management.
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM Pro implementations.
• Knowledge of enterprise software licensing, contract management, and asset lifecycle processes.
• Experience building and maturing enterprise IT Asset governance programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end SAM lifecycle across the enterprise.
• Track licenses, entitlements, and optimize usage with ServiceNow SAM Pro.
• Support audits, investigate licensing discrepancies, and resolve issues.
• Develop documentation, reports, and process improvements.
• Assist onboarding of new software titles into SAM Pro.
