Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 4+ years of ServiceNow development with SAM Pro module configurations, scripting, workflows, and tables.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Rest APIs, OOB integrations, IntegrationHub and related apps.
• Experience and command over software licensing and license compliance position creation.
• Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Application Developer are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Development and Configuration: Configure and maintain ServiceNow SAM Pro publisher packs.
• Integration: Integrate SAM Pro with SaaS publisher portals through out-of-the-box and custom integrations.
• Entitlement Upload: Manage entitlement uploads in SAM Pro with data mapping to software models and license metrics.
• Compliance Position Generation: Configure reconciliation processes to generate accurate software compliance positions.
• Reporting and Analytics: Create dashboards and reports to provide insights on asset utilization and compliance.
• Workflow Development: Design and develop efficient workflows to streamline processes.
• Collaboration: Align with the technical architect and product owner on vision and implementation.
• Testing and QA: Conduct unit, system, and UAT testing to ensure data quality.
• Documentation: Maintain documentation for SAM implementations and configurations.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor SAM solutions and suggest improvements.
• Agile Ceremonies: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Code Standards: Adhere to coding standards and participate in code reviews.
