Qualifications

• Proficiency with Jira or ServiceNow ITSM for defect tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test strategy and execution for hardware, software, and ITAM workflows.
• Design, write, and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts across end-to-end solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to embed quality in the development lifecycle.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing of SAM Pro and related modules.
• Log and manage defects with clear steps, track lifecycle, and report test results.
• Contribute to test automation and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
