Job summary

PNC is seeking a Portfolio Management Director for ServiceNow Portfolio Management to lead the Product Owner organization and manage demand from multiple business lines. Based in a major US city, you will own the platform roadmap, triage intake, and ensure alignment with executives.

You will drive SAFe/portfolio governance, stakeholder alignment, and cross-product prioritization, while coaching Product Owners and ensuring delivery against commitments.

Qualifications

• Extensive years in product management, portfolio management or platform product leadership in a large enterprise.
• Experience leading a team of Product Owners or Product Managers.

Responsibilities

• Own the Demand Management intake and triage end to end.
• Define a ranked, single portfolio roadmap across product lines.
• Lead governance and prioritization across competing business areas.
