Job summary

PNC is seeking a Portfolio Mgmt Director in its Technology organization. Based in multiple U.S. locations including Pittsburgh, this role leads the ServiceNow Product Owner group, owns the demand intake for all business areas, and prioritizes across product lines to balance trade-offs.

You will size demands, validate costs, and guide roadmap decisions with executive visibility. You will chair governance forums (Demand Board) and work with CIO leaders and sponsors to ensure aligned, costed

Qualifications

• Extensive years in product or portfolio management in a large enterprise.
• Fluency with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management modules.
• Experience leading Product Owners or similar teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ServiceNow Product Owner organization and manage line staffing.
• Own Demand Management end-to-end across business areas.
• Define demand scoring, assess business outcomes, and size requests.
• Maintain a single, ranked portfolio roadmap with cadence.
• Resolve cross-product prioritization and scheduling with architects and release windows.
• Chair Demand Board and participate in Design Authority and steering committees.
