PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks a Portfolio Mgmt Director within its Technology organization. The role leads the ServiceNow Product Owner function and owns demand management end-to-end across business lines, prioritizing between competing needs and shaping the roadmap.

You will base in multiple locations including Lakewood CO and contribute to governance, planning, and cross-functional leadership in a large enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive years in product management or platform leadership in a large enterprise.
• Experience leading a team of Product Owners or Product Managers.
• Working fluency in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management: Demand, Idea, Project and Program, Agile Development, and Application Portfolio Management.

Responsibilities

• Oversees portfolio managers and their teams; accountable for outcomes and coaching.
• Own Demand Management end-to-end with a published intake, triage SLAs, and routing to product lines.
• Define demand scoring: business outcome, platform fit, effort, risk, control impact; ensure consistent prioritization.
• Own the portfolio roadmap with a single ranked view and published cadence for commitment and tradeoffs.
• Chair the Demand Board and represent the portfolio at governance bodies; communicate options with costs.
