The ideal candidate has hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong JavaScript skills, and a track record delivering reliable, scalable platform solutions with MID Servers and API integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in IT/software engineering or platform engineering.
• 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow administration/engineering.
• Strong ServiceNow configuration, troubleshooting, and platform maintenance.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and MID Servers.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize the ServiceNow platform across environments.
• Ensure availability, security, scalability, and performance.
• Plan upgrades, patches, and releases; manage instance cloning and maintenance.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP and MID Servers.
• Provide technical leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
