Overview

The Service Now Platform Engineer IV is a senior level individual contributor who designs and operates core platform services and developer productivity tooling, embedding automation and security throughout. This role delivers secure, reliable platform capabilities that shorten lead time for changes and improve developer satisfaction. Aids in driving end-to-end solution design for ServiceNow capabilities, aligning platform architecture with business outcomes to accelerate delivery, improve service reliability, and ensure governance at scale.

Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. The core office locations for this position are Salisbury, NC, Chicago, IL and Quincy, MA.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Salary Range: $146,960 - $220,440
