Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in enterprise architecture and platform design.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead architecture reviews and roadmap development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end technical solutions aligning business objectives with enterprise strategy.
• Translate complex requirements into scalable architecture across application, integration, data, and infrastructure domains.
• Develop and champion architecture standards, patterns, and roadmaps.
• Serve as senior architect for ServiceNow platform and CMDB, guiding governance and long-term planning.
• Provide hands-on engineering across ServiceNow ecosystem and supporting technologies; troubleshoot platform challenges.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, database, application, and cybersecurity teams to ensure high availability and security.
