Job summary
NetImpact Strategies is seeking a Sr. ServiceNow/Nuvolo Developer to join our Professional Services team.
The successful candidate will lead configuration, development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow/Nuvolo implementation, with fluency in ServiceNow and Nuvolo design and development principles. Typical responsibilities include presenting client-facing deliverables, implementing design best practices, analyzing business processes, and developing solutions within the ServiceNow/Nuvolo
Qualifications
- BS/BA in a related field is preferred.
- ServiceNow Application Developer and/or Implementation Specialist Certification is required.
- ServiceNow Administrator Certification is required.
- Completed Nuvolo training and implementation experience.
- 7+ years of professional experience in IT/ServiceNow.
- 2+ years direct development on ServiceNow; 1+ year with Nuvolo.
Responsibilities
- Lead configuration, development, support, and maintenance of ServiceNow/Nuvolo implementations.
- Develop JavaScript server/client code for integrations.
- Design, develop, and update Nuvolo solutions; create update sets.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
